What ever the case finding a lender to obtain a buy to let mortgage that fits your profile can be difficult.

A recent landlord who came to us had been trying unsuccessfully for over a year to purchase new buy to let investments.  Due to his income being below most lenders threshold he was not being offered competitive interest rates and thought he may have to end his portfolio building.
